(WIS) - The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) announced 588 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 2 confirmed deaths Sunday, April 11. This information is accurate as of April 9. Today’s report brings the total number of people with confirmed cases since the outbreak began to 471,396 and confirmed deaths remain at 8,165. One of the deaths happened in late March and the other occurred in April, DHEC reported. Please whose death was reported.
